Real Estate Investing is fucking tough… put away all this bullshit you see on social media of “ohh just buy a property, it can pay for your car, you can be on the beach and quit your job” bullshit.

The game wants everything from you. It requires grind, stress, pressure, shitty tenants, good tenants, things break down, leaky roofs, turn overs, evictions, late payments, fucking up your places, hvac goes out.

I’ve lost so much money in “CASH FLOW” however I got so much equity.. But for some reason, I’ve been able to quit my job, buy 7 houses and currently looking for buy a 4 unit multi family or a small hostel.

I been a landlord for two years. Screening tenants is the most important part. I learned this the hard way I been through 3 evictions already but I’m getting better with my screenings and I’m pretty quick with getting the eviction notice out.
