He’s correct. It’s a recession proof industry. And luck has a lot to do with it. I reconnected with a friend because I wanted to learn about real estate and property management. He guided me acquiring my first rental home and saw me give it all I had in time, swear, and money just to learn and end up using my entire $40k in savings and only cash flowing $150/mo after the re-fi. Turns out he owns his own property management company but his partners did nothing and just siphon money out so he can’t scale and had deals left on the table. I took out a loan to buy his partners out for 100k for 50% of his company and just signed 2 separate contracts that total 1450+ units and also landed the construction on them that we will make about $1M on in the next 6-9 months. I don’t know how to do anything but my niche is knowing how to treat and the care of people.

I’m getting into the real estate life to & let me tell you it’s a serious eye opener because they tell you that it’s harder then what it is but I think once you do research it’s actually easier then what you think it is ✅

1. Believe in yourself. If you don't, why would anyone else?
2. Re-read the book "break limits make million" by Arsen Nikiforouk.
3. There's a ton of money out there looking to back you if you show to the investor how you'll grow it. Especially in RE
