In these types of situations the tactic i employ is simple. Imagine taking a look at this possibility from 50 000 feet, in an airplane if you like; take a good look. You will soon realise how insignificant and silly it all is. At the end of the day none of it will matter. If they moved on too quickly or with the person you feared, then its probably highly likely they were not for you. It should be a huge red flag as to the maturity level and you should be able to laugh at it and walk away. This is only possible if you are not reacting from ego, but from your true self who knows they deserve better.

My ex is moving in with someone she met less than a month after we broke up. 2 weeks before she told me she said 'I love you so much and I miss you but I need time by myself to sort my head out' cos she's got childhood trauma issues and is alcoholic. I left her alone then spoke to her 2 weeks later and she told me she's getting with this guy cos he understands her cos he's got similar issues, then blamed me for not being there for her and he was, even though she specifically told me to leave her alone for a while. And now she's moving in with him already.

My rebound relationship turned into a five year toxic relationship. I was so sad about my ex that I ended up dating someone who took advantage of my weakness, so, I do not recommend a rebound relationship. 0/10. And I can say now, it’s affecting my new relationships.

Honestly I met my ex at the wrong time in my life. I worked on myself and at first i felt depressed. But giving him the break up and knew he was the cause, i granted him so. But i now my new love of my life, fiance soon to be husband he found me. And won't let go. Let me explain, my fiance got angry with me and then i tried to apologize but he rejected it quickly. So i thought it was over he just needed time to think but at the end of the day and several weeks later he proposed to me and now im working on a passport to meet his family in South Korea so, stay tunes next is 💍

Unfortunately my recent ex wife 10 years reconnected with her high school sweetheart about 9 months before telling me she wanted a divorce then admitted the affair 6 months later . .we divorced I'm heartbroken . .her boyfriend however has yet to tell his wife . ..breaks my heart but don't know what to do for her
