I sneak a little bit of anchovy paste into mine, I do like the idea of the mushrooms. because when I make queso I throw a can of cream of mushroom in there as well. I don’t tell very many people, so hello but if you make just the basic, Velveeta rotelle queso hit it with a can of cream of mushroom, everyone’s gonna be like this hits different and they won’t know why. But if you tell a picky eater, they’re gonna stay away from it just let them eat it.
