Last time I checked Australia, India and the USA all support the "One China Policy" That is, Taiwan is part of China. So what is "Taiwan Air Space, if Taiwan is not a sovereign Nation? The Taiwan "Air Defence ZONE" I believe was a term from when there was a Civil war in China, and Taiwan was the bolt hole for the losers of that war, who set up shop in Taiwan under the protection of the US. The Taiwan Foreign Minister stated that Taiwan wants the "Status Quo" and he even corrected an Australian Journalist when he suggested that Taiwan wants "Independance". IMO India still bears the scars of British Colonialism, so should not be supporting a new Colonial Power in there area, as India may be next on their secret agenda. India was robbed blind and shackled for 400 years by Britain, so why team up the other colonial powers on something that is not your quarrel? Better to settle your quarrels with your neighbour [China] and get along. China will not surrender an inch of if sovereignty ever again. Just my opinion.
