This is actually why dancers make good fighters and vice-versa. They're good at rhythm, staying on their toes, shifting bodyweight and pivoting, etc.

Excellent video. In my opinion one of THE most underrated components to building a good solid fighting style will always need to be working on basic footwork, stance, you’re rhythmic movements and drilling them on a regular basis.
Great content! Keep it up 👊🏾👌🏾🙏🏾

I instinctively do this whenever I'm training. Glad to know it's helpful after all!

I like this a lot...especially as a southpaw primarily who shifts stance often 👌🙏

Honestly don’t know about this. You practice getting in that square stance and make it a bad habit. Horrible for you in the streets, just as bad in competition. Very first match I came too square got Teeped and knocked down. 0 damage and I pieced up my opponent basically the whole fight but he won by that knock down.
