How stance, rhythm and movement affect your agility is an often overlooked aspect when it comes to developing elite level striking. World class fighters such as the phenomenal @ONEChampionship signed super talent and The Resistance Fight Center coach Eddie Abasolo though, understand all too well the importance of this particular dynamic 🤯😍

If you have ever had the pleasure of watching Eddie fight or train, then you will know just how brilliantly gifted he is. However, he is not only an exceptionally talented fighter, he is also a truly amazing coach as well. Eddie thinks outside of the box and regularly blows my mind with the training concepts, drills and skills he creates to help him further his own ability or that of the individuals he coaches 🔥🔥😍🤯

Here, he talks about how he uses an exaggerated natural rhythm to help him learn to flow in his stance whilst moving through the use of this very simple, but highly effective training concept.

I cannot begin to tell you how much I think of the indomitable Mr Abasolo!! Don’t take my word for it though, once you have finished watching this, go smash the follow button on him across all social media today!! He never disappoints 🤯🤯😍😍🔥🔥

Once you learn that, learn how to break rhythm so your opponent doesn’t catch you with a well timed shot

Good training. But I think the moving of the hands up and down would be a bad habit to acquire. Leaves your head open for shots. Both hands up at all times is what I’ve been taught.
Besides that, dude looks like a beast and probably has good head movement to accompany this drill. No doubt he could kick my ass 🙏
