You need atleast level 90 destruction to get those master level spells you were talking about. When you do have high enough level, you go talk to her and ask "Is there anything more to be learned about destruction magic?" and she'll give you the guest. Same with all other classes of magic

i have 100 destruction and she still only sell appentice level spells. not even adept. the robe she sells goes up to apprentice aswell
