just place all my junk food in plastic bin under my cat`s bed, , & wrote in wallet not to buy no more sugar items..

I eat 100 calories of non fat Greek vanilla yogurt with blueberries and a small drizzle of honey +50 calories) this is about 1-2 hrs before bed.
Also, working out seems to make me feel less hungry, anyone else get that?
