I talk about buying some large gemstones from India that were supposed to be natural alexandrite from Brazil. Upon closer inspection under a loupe, I don't see any inclusions and notice some hairline patterns on the stones, indicating they are likely just color-changing stones rather than true alexandrite. I'll have to discard these stones, but I'll try again with the next one.

Please call out the seller so we all know who to avoid. I'd like to see testing videos of what it actually is and why, too. I bought a few from ebay, of course most were fake or low quality. Still trying to source good stones or rough and need to know where to go.

Damn the best video I came across was someone selling a 1.5 carrot alexandrite for 10, 000. This was definitely going to be a scam
