Innocent UNLESS Proven Guilty!

We have a right to be presumed innocent UNLESS proven guilty. That is so often not the case in reality. People are so quick to judge others and assume they are guilty with out hearing both sides of the story. If you or a loved one are charged with a crime, you need the best defense possible!

God in heaven I love people like you. Voices of reason in a world with many hysterics who forget that the media isn't a source of omniscience or infallibility.
The innocent-until-proven-guilty principle stops us being the slaves and fools of liars and lunatics.

Another brilliant video, Diane! This one is particularly meaningful. It's amazing how our brains take shortcuts, like judgments, in order to survive and yet we overuse them and destroy. We destroy others AND ourselves with hatred, jealousy, and judgment instead of finding a way to forgive, allow an apology, and move on. Make no mistake, when you destroy someone else, and the punishment does not equal the alleged crime, the price you pay is not cheap.

I was told during my trial that I could not use my character witnesses because I did not testify. I feel this is wrong. My witnesses would have absolutely changed the outcome of my trial. But, I've been convicted. I was railroaded because I did not testify. Yet... the prosecution was allowed to introduced several witnesses claiming uncharged crimes against me to make the mountain of witnesses against me even bigger. This was not fair in my humble opinion. The jury was tainted by all the allegations against me from the uncharged crimes that were used to bolster the prosecution's case against me.

That statement is a blatant lie. If you are arrested on any charges innocent or guilty way before you ever get to trial a person is absolutely treated as guilty of the arrest charges. A person is held just as a person found guilty and sentenced with zero proof of guilt as to charges of arrest. The treatment while even awaiting to see judge to hear charges and chances of bond are barbaric and inhumane. While arrestees should be held until their charges are heard and either set for trial or dismissed the treatment until such time is definitively as a guilty prisoner. Jails are nothing more than a place which people are housed, regarded and treated less than human. No matter how or why a person is arrested each is at the mercy of heartless guards which barely provide basic human needs or respect which equates to little more than what jails provided decades ago. So please let’s stop with the idea of innocent before proven guilty it’s an absolute fallacy. My opinion of this matter is no more no less than a cash cow for the jails. Those arrested are not people they are things that put money in the pockets of local governments, politicians, law enforcement etc…
