3:41 this was the best "sit down and shut up" I've ever heard. And didnt Legally Blonde clarify a rule about this situation or was that not true. It was something along the lines that in a criminal case a law student can participate/question a witness as long as there was a licensed attorney present to supervise

Ruling 3.03 of Supreme Judicial Court states that a law student may appear on behalf of a defendant in criminal proceedings, as long as they have licensed attorney supervision. I see no problem here!

Not a lawyer but when the defense lawyer asked that lady if she thought the man was guilty and then admitted she truly believed he was guilty, wouldn't that be automatic mistrial since while case hinged on her not doing her due diligence and her lying about looking for the witness?

love the show, but one thing that doesn't make sense in this scene is asking if the lawyer thought he was guilty. Being a "lawyer" doesn't qualify you more than anyone else to determine that AND simply putting a lawyer on the stand shouldn't allow for answers that draws a legal conclusion.

I love how 4 members of the Dream Team (Mike, Harvey, Jessica, Rachel) all helped get innocent men out of jail. What would have been even more awesome, is if they had Louis and Katrina do it as well

People say that in the battery poisoning trial that Mike went full Harvey on the CEO, but I think he got a lot of his strategy from Jessica in this trial when she questioned the original attorney.
