Osborne No. 256 removal pliers. I don't recognize the make of the press, but it looks threaded up top with a diameter reducing collar on the bottom, possibly for M6 and 12mm or 1/4-24 and 1/2". I personally like the look of rollset over scored, but was surprised to see rollset here. I kind of gathered scored may be more durable, but couldn't say why. The steel washers on the ones that tore out leave no doubt: These be workin' boots!
