Not sure this roof is ok due to it's only adhesive that's holding it from coming loose which is alot of worrying it may hit a vehicle behind.

I'm assuming this rail is for appearance only as it's stuck to the roof only with adhesive tapes.

That paint must be strong. I wouldn’t trust any load on that thing, much less with wind resistance

Adhesive holding a roof rail??? nah, not safe. Should be fastened INTO the roof with fasteners.
