if yall wondering on the bulldozer, its because of how wide it is. gta has a wierd thing where the three important numbers are: what direction the car is in, and how wide it is to its weight. its to simulate lift and allows planes to work...mostly.

when the dumptruck or boxtruck is sideways you get a similar floating, but all cars naturally want to tumble so they speed up again

the motorbike trick used to work because the vehicle was so light, so it being upside down confused the first number. it being horizontally balanced ensured it continued to do so. the second number then mostly overrode the first, so flight for days.

they then limited how far and how long a vehicle can be upside down but the weight to width ratio was not patched, so floating bulldozer

I think the bulldozer durability is related to how much damage it takes, including falling. The forklift falls the same.

My theory on the skylight of Michael's house is it's a cleverly disguised one. Like it was disguised using military grade stuff or something to make the glass impossible to see... OR his skylight is a set of screens with a bunch of cameras kept clean.

The Dozer probably has extremely high drag compared to the other vehicles. I know it slows down from boost pads & stuff quickly too

Every objects fall at the same speed when air resistance is negligible, whether a 10g ball or a bulldozer.
