I really enjoy the tips you recommend. What worked for my hair fall control are potato juice, Apple cider vinegar mixed with water application after washing, eggmask, liiitleextra coconinon shampoo and hair oil set, and green tea. All of these methods and now I no longer experience hair fall any longer.

You can literally just boil cloves, cinnamon sticks and fenugreek seeds strain it and use the liquid as a spray. I used it for two weeks and stopped but i didn't have scslp sores or dandruff or even any itching for more than 2 months NO CAP no exaggeration. And whats more is whatever you don't use as spray you can drink as tea and its super healthy and good for blood flow

I have almost nil dead scalp and dandruff thats because the most easy thing and effective thing is remove these when you are bathing with comb
