Assitam os 3 episodios do documentário "Revolução Tecnologica do Japão" os caras chegam ao ponto de explicar como fabricar um transistor sem ficar dificil de entender, serio sem comparação, o episodio sobre processadores é

Sim o seriado é antigo, retirado de fitas, mas é de um conhecimento extremamente raro de se achar mesmo hoje em dia, explica desde purificação do silicio, origem dos transistores, quimicas, processos de fabricação, etc etc

acho que dá pra trabalhar com menos tensão com os finfeet por serem muito menores. da pra acompanhar bem isso quando os processadores mudam a litografia para uma menor
