I can't really see any difference between Ribbon FET and Samsung's MBCFET except for PowerVia which doesn't count as a structural change in the FET.
Could you throw some light on how this is different and or better than MBCFET?

When the heck will we be getting "gaming cpu" and "prod cpu" with different architecture? It's coming but not fast enough.
