My Mom passed away due to lung cancer (adenocarcinoma). she was very healthy person, doesn't have any severe medical condition. Within 3 month all happened. First she lost so much weight, and then she got affected by minor stroke, then she become wheelchaired and at last she become bedridden. in 3 weeks after she become bedridden, she was gone forever. we as family confused, because we have no idea how she got the cancer and there are no any symptom at all other than significantly loss weight. We as family being with her as supportive and let her go instead of holding her. she had gone through a lot pains. Please do not think about how long they are gonna live, but be with them as a their morale is well.

But you didn’t talk about how to combat stage 4 lung cancer. You just said to relieve symptoms and improve quality of life but that doesn’t make the cancer go away. You could talk about immunotherapy and clinical trials that hospitals and universities to. Radiation therapy isn’t the only option. Also THC has also been shown to not just reduce symptoms but also kill cancer cells. Y’all don’t do that in India?

Hi doctor recently my father diagnosed stage 4 lung cancer on his left lung with 70% damage and he have tumors in throat and cheek. Initially he has lots of cough when we started 1st chemotherapy cough is very less and there is no any weight loss either. He is mentally very strong and his behavior like normal people .report saying clearly that brain, kidneys,liver, bones everything normal.How many years we can expect his survival.
