One BIG + for an enclosed build Chamber is if you are printing with ABS, Nylon and some exotic PLA filaments. Your able to scrub the air inside the chamber with an air scrubber to help remove some of the potentially harmful emissions from those type of filaments.

One thing I really like about having an enclosed printer (DaVinci) is it protects the print and the bed from cats. Where I have had them step on the bed of my duplicator i3 and knock it out of level constantly

What about temperature? I read enclosed printers and reach higher temps with impact some of the filaments you might use.

I have never 3d printed before, but I'm getting interested in it.

I would likely be trying to get proficient in printing polycarbonate filaments due to their strength and durability, but that requires a higher nozzle temp and bed temp (according to my research so far).

One benefit that I had heard was that having an enclosed 3d printer allows for higher internal temperatures, which allows high-temp filaments to bond better between layers.

Do you have any thoughts on this?

Not sure the ability to shoot video of your print is a pro or con. The limitation of shooting video may have nothing to with quality of the print.
