I love both of them, Vingegaard and Pogacar. They're such great representatives for the sport of cycling and both very sportsmanlike towards each other. Great entertainers on the bike (and off for Pogacar) as well as just incredible riders.

Sad to see him finish this way, he deserves more even though I cheer for Jonas. Guess the injury and long season finally caught up with Pogacar.

Jonas is King...but this tour wouldn't have been the same at all without Pogacar in it. Thanks to both for a great tour

he doesn't get upset when a motorcycle spoils his attack, he congratulates his strongest competitor right after the race. Pogacar is a role model for the youth and everyone who competes. Even if he doesn't win the tour this year, he's coming back, he'll win the tour again.

Well I was pulling for Pogacar but speed trial did him in as well as today. it is like Golf any given Sunday or weekend one player has it and then he loses it. Thanks to both and all riders for a great event and sportsmanship. You all are Champions to even be there.

I feel really bad for him. Hes put on such a show for us with jonas. He deserved a nice final duel with jonas. Hes still the best rider on the planet, even if jonas has cemented himself as the best grand tour rider.

Heat doesnt suit him if it had been bit cooler we would have seen a different Pogi…he is young still a long way to go…kudos to Jonas after seeing him this year ride so well next year will be another crack of a tdf … go pogi go 😢🎉

It would have been a tad more awesome if he could attack or if Jonas had dropped him. Instead it was Jumbo's pace that destroyed him . And they then buried him. Effective, just not spectacular (one way or the other) as we hoped for.

That crash unfortunately put him out of the game. Unfortunate pojacar I think he can go to the vuelta to play his changes

Nothing left in the 3rd week is nothing new, happens to alot of great riders...But it's new that it's Pogacar who has nothing left...Dude's still awesome and the best since Merckx and no doubt the long pause after his crash plays a part in it. But if Pogacar wants to beat Vingegaard, he needs a new strategy than attack, attack, attack...
