This has become real junior high. This is an essential "he said, he said" and something that viewers really don't need to worry about, nor hear about from either side. There was a warning to be respectful when the comment tag was clicked on, really? Some people are clearly jerks and make comments just to get a reaction. But on the other hand when you're in the "public eye" even as much as elk shape, you should have some thick skin. You worry too much about being viewed as a solid guy and never at fault and without arrogance. Neither are always the case.

Change is inevitable. We don’t know when or where at times, but it will eventually happen. A chapter can be 5 pages long or 25 pages long. Enjoy that chapter and be thankful for it, learn from it and grow.
I watched Tim’s video and I like your breakdown as well. I liked your idea of an announcement video so that there wouldn’t have been so much confusion from some folks and those who were upset about a “handshake” deal without context.
