You start little by little and rebuttal those thoughts! Taking little actions takes less resistance from your brain! A minute of exercising can’t hurt, it’s doable right, so you basically should compromise like that to start. And when you get untrue thoughts telling you something like you can’t do this, or blah blah blah, discouraging you, you pep talk yourself up! And you basically say “No!“ and take control! Hah :)

That's why patience is so important!
Would you rather start exercising 30 minutes x4 a week ... but the likelihood of you developing the habit is 50% OR would you rather start exercising 15 minutes x4 a week ... but the likelihood of you developing the habit is in the 90's% ? After a few months you can add another 15 minutes.
