In 2nd option if we took 'a' as true then whole expression becomes true

Can we just list a truth table for each expresstion?I know it costs much more time, but the approach u using is mind blowing to me, rly hard to follow.

3:14 you are taking a and c (only false) to get whole compound expression false (you know answer)
If you take a as True c as false
Or a as false c as true we cannot get correct answer this is cheating

D is not coming a tautology if we take 'a' as T and 'b' as F. Can anyone clarify this a bit to me kindly?
