Hey Nika! I have just came across your videos while trying to build my life again and I wouldsay it was like sitting with a friend and having a chat over a coffee. Thank you for that and keep creating content please. Life wise, I am currently at a point where I feel guilt and shame a lot. Going true theraphy and writing down about it. Honestly. I am very cruel to myself and I see myself as an anxiety causing, blood sucking(I don't have an income at the moment), underachieved disappointment and it shows. Self concept is important. I would disagree that we always have our best interest at heart - self-sabotage is a real thing. Also, some people don't really develop self-awareness until later in life, knowing your true self takes longer for some people.
