One thing I noticed is the channel locks on the right that you were tightening with were backwards, if you flip them around they will clamp down much less effort to keep them gripped tightly to the nut/bolt, also on alot of pliers and wrenches with teeth the teeth are in an angle and the way you had them they can easily slip but flip them around and the teeth dig into the object your turning, just a pointer since I also got a few pointers from your video, hope this helps you out sometime thanks

*I would only suggest - Work on holding your slip pliers in the direction of Pinch(same as a pipe wrench) for maximum grip on fittings.

Those knipex work great lol I just recently bought those 4 in 1 combo wrenches you use and I love those for P/Ms tensioning belts etc only problem is the head doesn’t fit in tight areas but for belts it’s usually not a problem at all

What about putting the paste on the pipe before you put the compression fitting on so you get some in between the compression fitting and pipe?

Most don't turn the compression nut 1.5 times with a wrench after the nut is hand-tightened as much as they can by hand. They just turn the nut half a turn, and then the entire fitting blows off when they are at work or asleep, and $5, 000 of water damage is the result. So I recommend homeowners use Sharkbite fittings instead, and push the pipe until they feel the 'second' click.

You didn’t tighten down the second nut. Where do you grip it when you tighten down the second nut ?

Good video, but it lacks cutting an existing run of pipe and wedging this valve into it. Can't find a good video that shows how much pipe you need to cut away in order to slip the valve into piping that may not have a lot of give in it.
