Jo helps out Jency Williams, a single mother of three kids: 12-year-old Bradley, 10-year-old Kelsee, and 5-year-old Hagan. With Jency working two jobs, she relies on her grandparents to take care of her kids while's she gone. On her own, the kids are out of control: Bradley starts fights with his siblings, Hagan is physically aggressive towards his mother, and Kelsee backtalks & disrespects her mother. These kids (maybe apart from Hagan) were good kids probably even before supernanny came (given Kelsee’s poem) and I think Bradley and Kelsee were the saddest kids I’ve ever seen on this show to see Jo leave. They even made me tear up at the end.

In that first scene with Hagen, why is she engaging with him? He came in like she said. He was mad but who cares. He went to his room. Why not just let him stay in there and be mad alone? Why go in and fight with him. Simply I know you're upset that it's time to come in but you can't act like that and walk away.
