Best golf coach in the world transforms my game in LIVE Golf Lesson...Caught on Camera. I was literally SPEECHLESS.

In this Live Golf Lesson with Pete Cowen the roles have reversed and Danny Maude is now the pupil. Pete Cowen reveals the secrets to the short game and how the best players improve their chip shots around the green.

If you have ever wanted to improve your chipping and pitching this golf lesson is a masterclass from the best golf coach in the world. Danny Maude's reaction at the end is hilarious.

Pete Cowen has coached Rory Mcilroy, Brooks Koepka, Lee Westwood, Henrick Stenson, Matt Fitzpatrick to name but a few. Come and look at how in less than 25 minutes he literally transforms Danny Maude's ball striking, specifically his chip shots and pitch shots around the green.

For the first time here on YouTube look over my shoulder as I share how improvements in your golf swing don't need to be complicated. In fact sometimes they can be very easy. If you have questions like how to hit driver straight? How to hit driver consistently? How to driver further? Watch the video from start to finish to see if you can pick up something that will help your game. Although this is a lesson for the short game it can be also adapted for the long game

ABOUT DANNY
-----------------------
Thanks for stopping by. I created this website as a resource just for you to support you on your golfing journey as I know how tricky learning this game can be…to say the least!

I personally found learning the game too long and difficult in the early days. I read all the books, watched all the videos but my game was not improving. Then after studying various forms of neuro science, motor learning, psychology and personal development in less than two years I went from struggling golfer to the final stage of the Open Championship.

Be prepared though. If its a quick fix you are after Im not your man. Here I will give you step-by-step advice that you can take straight to the practice ground and apply to the course but it will require you to get stuck in, screw up…a lot, practice some more and then watch those scores tumble

I’ve had the pleasure of coaching thousands of students all around the world and if you are up for the challenge and are ready to get in the game…LETS GO TO WORK!

This golf lesson provides a couple of wonderful drills to help you hit your driver straight. If you are a beginner golfer and are looking for some golf driver tips that are simple and easy to do then you are going to love this.

I will show you the golf swing slow motion so that you can see what you need to do to improve.

We look at 3 things:

1. How to stop slicing your driver
2. How to swing more in to out or how to swing more inside out
3, How to get the correct impact position with driver

Peter said when you are just “messing about” you are “
Allowing things to work” … watching Danny make shots with that in mind showed what a genius teacher Peter is. Having been a shop teacher for 30 years I can really appreciate the courage Danny has making this video and being the student. . The best teachers are the best students. Thank you both.

I’m 82 and had my first golf lessons in 1960. I’ve never, ever seen a golf coach be coached. Brilliant Danny! Brilliant Coach Cowan.

A phrase that was handed down to me by a great teacher and humble man is, "The largest room in the world...is the room for improvement." I never stop learning and I see you continuing to strive for improvement as well. You're a blessing to the game of golf and you've helped me tremendously.

No sign of any egos. Just two people working together to be the best they can be. Brilliant, Danny. Thank you for your humility and professionalism. We can all learn something from Pete Cowen.

Probably one of the best short game tips I’ve seen on YouTube. Pete is the man

I love the way Pete breaks it down and suggests, just walk up to it and play it like a Junior that is gold nugget info we have all forgotten over the years.
Great footage Danny and THANKYOU to Pete Cowen
For taking the time out . 👍⛳💪😎 #petecowen #Dannymaudegolf

I’ve played golf for 16 years and this part of the game still alludes me. However, thank you Danny for having the depth of character, the courage and honesty to have such a lesson and to share it. Will be practising these concepts this week! 🥃⛳️

“I’m messing about and I’m getting away from it” 😂 truly great golf advice! Pete is just pure genius - and a true gentleman when he serves range tokens to us at his grange range. Proper Yorkshireman 💪

It’s awesome to see that someone with way more experience and expertise, like you Danny, still apologizes to the pro in a lesson(2:43)! It always feels weird thinking back on it, but it is such a natural reaction even though changing habits is not a 2minute fix!

Hey Danny how's it going, Keith from the other side of the pond in New Jersey checking in. Wanted to pay you a compliment. At first I thought this video was not a good idea for you since you are a golf professional and a teacher of others and I didn't think that it would be a good look since everybody tries to put their best foot forward when giving YouTube instruction. I could not have been more wrong in my initial assessment. After watching the video I think it was a great collaboration and as mentioned by others a sign of true humility on your part and I believe it in no way diminishes or tarnishes your image, on the contrary it enhances it! I went out in the backyard after watching this video and employed this chipping strategy and I was amazed at the instant results! I hope you do more videos with Pete Cowen and I am now subscribed to your Channel! Keep up the great work and God bless!

I got a mate of mine to watch Angel Cabrerra when he chipped years ago and it's in line with what Pete said. He used to do 3 practice swings off the ball... way behind the ball. Then at address, he gave himself no time. As if he was just messing about. He had a great touch and feel with not tension or swing thoughts. Good video Danny. 👏👏👏

I just love Pete's no nonsense approach. I'm always amazed how he can fit so much into a lesson. Hope there's more of this content to come Danny ☺️

We all make golf very complicated, love Pete Cowens approach that we just need to be messing around, which relaxes us more and allows us to play better golf. Great video Danny, respect to you both 👍

Amazing Danny, how a pro getting a lesson as "simple" as this is so enlightening. This is something that 99% of golfers, me included, can use to shave strokes. THANK YOU TO BOTH OF YOU!!

First of all, thank you Danny for sharing your own teaching lesson with us! Teacher Cowen is truly amazing and his short game secrets are worth their weight in gold. That even Pros like you, still need to learn is setting my brain straight! I take a lot of practice but also a lot of serenity from this lesson. Thanks again for sharing dear Danny ❣️

Its fascinating that a pro can experience the same difficulties I have in responding to instruction. One hears, one listens, one sees it demonstrated - but its not so easy to get your own body to respond in the required way. Thank you for your honesty in opening up to us like this.
