Getting the hips to go this way: Pressure down, arms match, body turns and make it very simple is the key to the full swing movement.. So your hips move down and your club moves straight down. If I asked you if you have done 15 min of physical work every day of your life for the past 5 years, Who's done it? So if you won’t help prolong your life by 5-10 years just by doing 15 min exercise, why would you do it for golf? That's why really they (the viewers) struggle to improve.
