It’s not rare but a 2 dollar is rare I have that and if you have a 2 dollar sell it and you will get more money than the 2 dollar cause the United States don’t make the 2 dollar bills 😊

Its rare and about 20 to 30 dollars on ebay since it does have the devils number on it.
