What about a thin black line going down from the top left of a bill close to the (1) and ends just in front of the serial # and slightly below it. Never seen one like it.

Being offered is a rare dollar bill with an ink stain down the entire left side of Washington’s face and also an ink stain on the right side all the way down to the “ O” in ONE DOLLAR. Me and my collector friends have searched thousands of ebay’s “ items sold” listings without finding any similar bills.

I have a #1 bill low serial number star note with 4 errors, front side seal is offset back side under N on one has extra ink dots hold up to light and you can see that its offset from back side all the way around the dollar bill and the back side is 3/8 of inch smaller than front side all the way around the bill
