Ingredients
Stem of 2 Oyster Mushrooms
1 tbs Kreative Vegan Seamoss Gel
1 tbs Red Miso Paste
Ocean Halo Organic Seaweed Salt (Hickory Smoked)
Pepper * Optional
7 cloves of garlic
Sesame O

Directions
1. Remove top of mushroom and slice stubs
2. Make checkered box lines on both sides of mushroom stubs
3. Mix Kreative Vegan Seamoss gel & Miso Paste
4. Coat Mushroom Stubs in Seamoss miso mix season with seaweed salt, pepper and sesame oil. (Marinate for 20mins*optional)
4.Sauté garlic in 1 tbsp sesame oil
5. Place mushrooms in garlic oil and cook until brown on all sides.
