These are KING TRUMPET MUSHROOMS in USA 🌈🙌 Oyster mushrooms grow in clusters. Asia calls these king oyster.

This looks great. The problem I have is finding those mushrooms. I live in Italy now and have not seen them. Back in the states I saw them once, years ago, at our local shop. That was it. I see so many videos with these mushrooms, wish I could find them.
