Ever since I've been doing nothing to my skin its been getting so much better! I wash my face with water and moisturize with a really light moisturizer and my acne has drastically decreased!

Those are the same prenatal vitamins I'm using! I'm currently 18 weeks pregnant. Nice to see you recommend them!

I also take Prenatal tablets and I am not pregnant. Prenatal vitamins are good for hair, nails, and skin. My only caution about them is, they are much higher in iron, which can be upsetting to some people's digestive systems -- so people may have to adjust accordingly. There are no ill effects to taking the prenatal tablets if we are not pregnant.

Your skin is flawless! Just a tip, when you're giving yourself facial massages, flush the toxins out by sweeping down your neck :) xx

I take vitamin B ( for energy/mood). Kelp, cod liver oil, vitamin c, vitamin d(as I live in a cold climate and we hardly ever have sun), and Folic Acid and they've worked wonders for me, taking vitamins isn't bad for you unless your taking more than the recommended dose.

clarisonic. It changes the way your skin looks, feels, and the way your products apply to your skin.

Hi Rachel. You're my skincare guru. I was wondering if you could do a video featuring the different skin types and what eye creams and serums you recommend and when to start? Everyone shows moisturizers but I haven't found a good video regarding these two things. My skin changed drastically when I hit 25 and haven't recovered. Acne as an adult stinks so I'm having difficulties finding something for my skin type. Thanks, doll. Keep up the great videos.

The very coal tar that they use to make roads, they actually make many of the B vitamins out of. It’s an offshoot or waste or byproduct from the petrochemical industry.

Practically every B vitamin can be found in sprouted whole grains, that’s where you should be getting it.

I would choose the PMD! I love the PMD but returned the Clarisonic when I bought it years ago. I found the Clarisonic brush too difficult to clean. With the PMD, the crystal tip is disposable so you don't have to worry about sanitary concerns. I also think it is much more effective at exfoliating and made a real difference in my skin. The clarisonic just made my acne-prone skin break to more - I think it was too rough for my skin.

I love that you incorporated a Japanese product! You should really try Korean skincare, it has made a 100% change in my skin, I couldn't live without it. You look like Natalie port an in this video:)
