Happy New Year, Salimah! I have done this kriya before using a Yogi Bhajan book, but I thought I would try it with you today. In that version, the focus is fixed on the third eye point. When I practice this kriya, I notice that the thumb and index finger of the hand not taking the pulse sometimes tend to touch. I always wondered if that should that be avoided, because it is another mudra or if does it not matter how the fingers in the other hand are positioned. I am looking forward to working my way through your selection of videos this year. Best wishes for 2024!
