I am doing kundalini without mentor i am 17 years old and i meditate almost for a year and i practiced meditation about healing energy like chakras, let it go and so much more and i practiced breath of fire for about 3 or 4 days and yesterday i started before sleep kundalini yoga a it was beautiful dizziness, Vibration along the bodx after that you need grounding and the next day i was sensitive my body was sensitive and the kundalini energy met the blockages and through music i let it all the emotions out, my body got Pimples and they are now getting small i am also sensitive to energy drinks, foods, energies, phone and so much more, so you need to prepare for this mentally, physicaly and also spiritually because it is intense!

Kundlini awakening is not a joke. It needs a long practice and study of Yog. Very rarely one can achieve it .

Kundalini, the energy surges last decades. I went straight into an ego death, I was in my house not knowing who or where I was. I had to retrain my speech and walking, I learned to operate from awareness, my memory was fried, it rewired my brain and destroyed my relationships. The energy flowed through for 6 years, still does occassionally but it is mainly clear and wide, it destroyed my emotions, my humanity. I am peaceful.
