Plateup is if overcooked and cooking mama meshed together and made a roguelike, you create a restaurant as a group and have to survive to your 15th day. If a single customer is un happy, the whole restaurant closes down.

Alright fellas, which is worse: the pizza that’s been frozen for two weeks (served cold), or the sinkza, a pizza made entirely in the sink

It would be super cool if plate up could have a "buffet mode" where you were responsible for cooking bulk food and doing dishes, but the customer could serve themselves and put their dishes in a bin of some kind

I saw someone on reddit do something similar (but it was OT 50+) where they grabbed every additional food item and they stored everything in freezers and frozen prep stations so that you don't have to make the entire menu everyday with so few people ordering each item. So like a frozen prep for onion rings, because you might only get one or two a day and your prep could last up to 4 days, if that makes sense. Or having a freezer for each pizza because most days you wont go through an entire pizza. Freezer for the broccoli, you could do a prep for chopped cheese ect ect

Loving your channel and these crazy runs. FYI, you can prep pizza in the oven. So, when you go flour, sink, oil to get the pizza dough, put it in the oven and then add sauce, cheese, toppings before closing the oven door

Serving pizza and burgers at the same time really does make you feel scammed by the game. All that work to make a two topping burger only to be paid more for a single slice of pizza.

39:08 the Freezer is weird bcos it's usually not necessary, but can also help a lot, i.e.:
- keep a used pot w/ onion so the first soup of the day is faster
- store more pots so you don't need another pot stack if you have too many soups & sides
- store a pizza/ bread so you can research at the start instead of prepping, etc.

I think the reason the specials menu didn’t actually change their order is because they ordered through twitch integration thing

Steak might be the best one for next run as it has thin cut and thick cut steaks which take up a lot of the choices the customers have and are relatively quick to make in the oven. The other good choice is breakfast as it won't add any items to the kitchen until you take the cards

2 things, put the freezer pizza at the counters save what ever pizza you have more of. 2nd if you serve the correct side with the order it doubles the money.

you know you can put multiple plates in the soaking sink. you can also make the pizza in the oven. such as put the dough in the oven, then cut your tomato wherever put it on the dough while in the oven and so forth.
