At first I was like “This has to be a troll.” And I have to say that this was entertaining. The reality of any sort of restaurant is that, behind the backdoors of any restaurant, you will see people get overworked, and you will see things at a restaurant that is just, not sanitary. Being that I used to work for a Golden Corral location, and that this specific location had closed down, demolished, and now a new restaurant is being built on top of this specific Golden Corral does not make me surprised in the slightest that, Golden Corral is starting to loose the power it had once had years ago. I would say this is purely pandemic associated, as most people don’t want to go to buffets like Golden Corral, and wouldn’t want to go to a cheap Chinese buffet, knowing that they could potentially get sick, and this was especially shown when the pandemic was in full swing. I wouldn’t say it’s the best restaurant, I would say that it’s one of the worst restaurants, being a former worker over there, but at the same time, there could be worse. My experience over there was just nasty, mediocre, not worth the time.

This is not to say that all places you go to eat are disgusting, it’s just that, most restaurants you go to to eat generally can be substituted by just buying food at the groceries, especially at wholesale stores, and just cooking your food at home for cheaper. I strongly advocate for eating at home instead of having to go out to eat, especially if you have someone that can cook, as you never know what you may get from a restaurant.
