As a person with very bad luck while traveling, I would suggest that if the insurance allows it always get medical attention after an accident, even if you're not feeling anything just after the incident, adrenaline may be masking the pain or any other symptoms, or some issues that can be problematic a time after can be prevented or attended on time.
