This sandwich is "incredible" with bacon, lettuce, thickly sliced tomato, salted and roasted sunflower seeds, pickled red onion, kimchi (shout out to uncle john), sauteed mushrooms and red pepper (with the seeds), graded parmesan cheese, crumbled feta cheese, mayonnaise, mustard, salt and pepper.. all on a freshly baked and grilled focaccia bun. Garnish with a side of teriyaki sauce for dipping.. Beautiful! Now that's a BLT!
