The weird part is he grew up poor, so it's confusing how he just refuses to make one of the cheapest, most simple foods correctly. Ken said it, but it was a short rib sandwich with cheese.

Once you add anything other than cheese to a grilled cheese, it becomes a melt and not a grilled cheese. Add roast beef its a roast beef melt. Add kimchi it is a kimchi melt. This is not a grilled cheese.
