ABOUT US:
We are Coach Nazir, Coach Fatimah, & Coach Nyla. We are considered Black Americans and we were all raised as Christians. We have a keen understanding of the many facets of American culture and the ongoing challenges it presents.

Each of us accepted Islam as young adults and are practicing Muslims who follow the final revelation, The Quran, and the sunnah of the Last & Final Prophet and Messenger, Muhammad ibn Abdullah (sws).

Coach Nazir & Fatimah were married for 15 years and had 6 children when he chose to practice polygyny. He married Coach Nyla 13 years ago and their polygynous journey began.

Since then, 4 more children have been born, another son by Coach Fatimah and 3 sons with Coach Nyla who has added 2 bonus children (step-children) to the family making a total of 12 children.

We had very little support and even slimmer resources when we began our journey, so things were done by trial and error and there were lots of errors!

However, being proactive in our growth and commitment to the success of the family, we figured it out and decided to be a resource for others who may be experiencing similar difficulties.

We reverse-engineered the methods that we found worked best. We chose to remove any excuses from those who say they didn't have a way to learn how to practice it correctly.

ABOUT THIS CHANNEL:
This channel is a place where we invite you to travel with us on our personal development journey to develop better and more fulfilling relationships whether you are single, married in monogamy, practicing or looking to practice polygyny.

We share a lot about polygyny and its dynamics because our teachers and spiritual leaders have failed us in this area and polygyny doesn't get its fair share of airtime. We want to be a healthy resource because people are still practicing it without practical education.

As a man, we help provide guidance in areas of leadership, financial IQ, emotional intelligence, mental awareness, and overall levels of competence and confidence.

As a woman, we help women connect to their femininity, learn how to navigate differing dynamics, how to be attractive as a whole, and how to craft a life of fulfillment no matter the challenges.

We help committed people go from surviving to thriving. If you are dedicated to growth, love, and connection then understand that the truth may set you free, but it may upset you first.

We tell the truth, share best practices, and also learn from our community.

I think a persons view on the subject is heavily dependent on the culture they grew up in! I grew up in the UK where it's not common place..plural marriage is illegal and it's generally seen as a unhealthy thing. If you are born in a country ..culture of religion where polygamy is perfectly normal and you have aunts uncles ect in that type of relationships you're likely to view it in a more positive light.

I'm able to give my opinion on the subject from my personal viewpoint but I'm not going to outright say "it's wrong and nobody is turkey happy" because that would be ignorant! I've never been in a poly relationship nor have I taken a survey of every couple that has so I can say personally I feel it's unhealthy I can't speak it as fact! That's why I find it a bit condescending, and ignorant when you say things like all the criticisms people have are "Myths", just because you personally ir the people you know who engage in these relationships have experienced the negative aspects doesn't mean that huge numbers of people are not unhappy/ have had negative experiences. Your opinions and experiences on the matter do not make it a fact for every poly relationship
