I had to stop this video so many times. I'm screaming "This is me!" Had someone trained me, talked to me, accepted me when I was younger my life would not be so disconnected and full of fear and anxiety now. There is so much work that needs to be done to learn to accept and live in my power.

As a person who always gets immensely affected by "negative" energies, especially since my spiritual awakening, I always had problems getting carried away and allowing my energy to go to a lower vibration whenever put together with people of that sort of resonance. I always felt weak and had to run away because I just felt disempowered and came from a victim mentality. This has made me take tremendous measures to meditate a lot and always need to get rid of dense energy just in order to be able to be at my workplace.

Since watching this I have started to really come to life and step into my own power. Today at work I was having lunch with 2 of the most dominant, and also dense energy colleagues I have (don't you just love when Universe instantly puts you into those situations so that you can try your wings for the first time?).

They were having a heavy argument and I was sitting in between them. It would be easy for me to just go eat somewhere else, or for me to get involved and become heavily drained. Instead I just had a mantra in my mind that "no energy is stronger than mine". And I swear, in a matter of minutes I managed to, through a calm and collected energy, shift both of them into a peaceful state and we could enjoy a really nice lunch together. Mind you that these 2 people LOVE talking back and starting conflicts and I usually feel highly intimidated by both of them. But I just stepped into my power and reminded them both that they don't need to carry that anger, to transmute it into something beautiful and if they can't, to just take a deep breath and try to release it silently rather than reactive. AND IT WORKED!

So thank you so much for empowering me Christina! I can't wait to see the rest of your videos and start discovering what other lessons are in store for me.
