Fishing Marker Nearly Chokes Baby Seal

Imagine walking around with a red marker tag around your neck and not knowing the pain it is causing. This is exactly how this baby seal felt as our team of rescuers were trying to navigate their way around safely, removing off the marker that was left behind from longline fishing equipment. Rescuer calmly assures Seal to relax as he is only trying to help, showing a one-on-one bond that connects them and in a way telling him that he understands what he is going through.
