How to win over a client that does NOT want to sell...

At the end of the day, EVERYONE has a price they’ll sell for 💰

And NO, this does not mean you have to harass people into selling their property…

It means that oftentimes when people say “we’re not selling,” it’s because they can’t imagine their needs being met 👎

Sometimes that means price...

And sometimes that means the idea of having to sell a particular property is so overwhelming they can’t even imagine taking it on 😰

You make an amount of money that is equivalent to the size of the issue you solve

When you’re able to break down walls, listen to the needs of your prospect, and get creative…

You may just get a close 🙏

How do I get an interview to work for you?

So when I worked at a fast food restaurant, I found it was a bit hard to talk to customers without sort of offloading the conversation. You repeat the same things, your tone of voice might change from your real one, you turn into a real robot type of person. They wanted this type of food? Ask them for the drink. They want this drink? Ask them for napkins or something idk. It’s just kinda procedure rather than conversation

Would you say this is something you deal with? Or did you fix that issue somehow?
