You know there's a reason why experiments usually do at least 3 trials to make sure their conclusions isn't based on just plain randomness.

Current McDonalds worker; we dont care, or hardly notice. Btw, he could hear you even when he turned off the headset, it does not turn off your mic or his speaker until you drive off of the sensor, so he heard you talking about his service before you pulled away.

As someone who works in fast food, I can tell you we don’t care we just want to do our jobs and get you your food as fast as we possibly can so you’re happy until we don’t get screamed at

They can also hear you at all times at the speaker. We definitely heard your comment about the questionable service and it definitely killed someone's mood there

Bro said "that was definitely some questionable service" still in front of the speaker like they cant hear him 💀

Ive been through drive thrus in nice cars and not so nice cars. The service doesn’t really change but it is a nice feeling when a worker asks about your car or compliments it.

THE WAY HE SAID “THAT WAS DEFO SOME QUESTIONABLE SERVICE” NEXT TO THE WINDOW SO THE PERSON TAKING HIS ORDER COULD STILL HEAR HIM 😂😂😂

as a mc worker. we dont do it on purpose. we dont choose how much the food weighs. and the fast service was because we do something called "batch cook" which is where we pre cook it so it goes out faster and so we dont have to cook something for EVERY order.

Ex McDonalds manager here, it’s not a recording camera we see on the monitor while taking orders, it snaps a picture when we complete the order and he helps keep track of which car has which order in case people get mixed up with 2 drive through lanes. So really unless they’re watching the security camera in the office, they don’t know what car you’re in until your order has been taken

The fact that 0.81 pounds of food is almost 3000 cals is crazy 🤯

Current McDonald’s employee here, ready to bust some myths:

1. The ice cream machine is old and it’s not down because we don’t want to clean it, they are just garbage, but my store got a new one.
2. Don’t be rude regardless, but we don’t spit in the food. Customer service workers don’t tell kitchen staff when there is a bad customer, we just deal with it and talk to coworkers when things slow down.
3. Food portions are not because we hate somebody or because you drive a nice car. Employees just make the burgers, fries, nuggets, etc the way we are trained to. Kitchen doesn’t know what the order/car combinations are, we just work there and assemble/bag/present the orders as they appear on the screen.

Any other myths about McDonald’s I would be glad to bust!

This guy is one of the channels that has such a simple and basic concept yet they’re so addictive to watch. He must have like a charm or something 😂

What does make a difference though? Hearing the customer say "That was definitely some questionable service."
