I have a 2012 genesis 5.0 rspec that I paid for 15k. It’s like a cheap luxury sedan. Not like Mercedes but still nice. The 5.0 is definitely a sleeper

I’d get genesis right away. 5.0 and 4.6 v8 pushing out great amount of power, and great match with Zf 6 speed. It’s an absoulte sleeper for sure. It’s quality is as good or better than german competitors, and reliable

That generation of s class was updated with a very reliable power train in 2009, air matic is good for around 10-15 years after being replaced

I had the Genesis 4.6, definitely the most reliable car I’ve owned, very comfortable and fast for the price. I drove it cross country and beat on it too, wouldn’t break at over 150k miles

If you want a cheap car with luxurious interiors, and you are ok with a quite old car, Renault and Citröen used to make awesome interiors even for their cheap models (I’m talking about ‘80s and ‘90s cars).
