How to Make Korean Style Beef Ribs

Korean style BBQ is some of the tastiest BBQ you'll EVER have!
In this video, i'll show you how to make Korean style beef ribs!

For reference, here's the marinade recipe:

- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup mirin
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1tsp sesame oil
- 1tsp honey
- 2tsp cracked black pepper
- 1/2 a small brown onion
- 3/4" chuck of ginger
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1/2 cup worth of pineapple

Adjust the recipe to suit your taste and amount of ribs you have to marinade and cook.

Love this method and recipe. I know u don’t cook them to a certain doneness but would they be more ideal at a medium rare or well done temp over 160 if u were temping in the middle? Just curious if u can under or over cook

Love your content, not a huge fan of the blink style transition when skipping through the ingredients though. Perhaps try something else?
