I've been Carnivore for a little over 2 years, when I cook for myself, I eat 1.3 pounds of meat that is 95% raw. When I eat out of the house, I eat 1.5-2 pounds of meat. Lots of Taurine in me.

I have had vericose veins my entire life, I now have almsot zero sign of Vericose veins. I managed to find two on my legs, and they are very faint, simple one-liners. Before Carnivore, I had them in the double digits, and they were all very dark compound vericose veins. (many lines joined together, like a web).

Wow Harry you are bringing gold again!! 🤩Me, my Mom and Grandma and some uncles have been hospitalised and nearly died (and other relatives died) multiple times from severe varicose vein bleeds. Usually after surgery but several times as simple as being bumped by trolleys at the supermarket that had so much blood loss it took them into shock and lodged in lungs or filled up abdomen or gushed out and wouldn't stop bleeding. When I started getting varicose veins in my 20's the doctor just said to put up with it. I put up with nearly dying from blood loss twice and had to be hospitalised for weeks to fix internal bleeding but its pretty crap advice don't ya think? I've just started Taurine a few weeks ago so fingers crossed XXXX The only thing that has worked for me over the years was in my mid 30'd doing a year of intense senior ballet class 5 hours a week. I got COMPLETE reversal of the ropy veins and ALL spider veins as well. All that leg lifting and jumping lol. Now I'm older its come back but I can't leap around like I used. Anyway, very grateful for all your research reports on various ailments!! THANKYOU 😍🥰😘

Do one on chronic venous insufficiency please. I have that.

Also, I have endometriosis, fibrocystic breast disease, and very large ovarian cysts. These seem to be connected. Do you have an idea of what is going on with me? Any previous videos? I'm slowly switching back to carnivore. Starting by cutting processed junk. Next will be grains, then veggies, then nuts and seeds, then dairy, and finally fruits. Thats my plan right now. One change per week, replace with more meat each week.

Can you broaden this topic to include swollen feet also ? I understand i might drink more than i should and maybe reduce coffe to 2 cups before 12:00 and maybe a glass with vinegar water later. and include taurine as i started on

I have one vein on my leg which gives me trouble here and there, more so in the summer months and when im doing a lot of lifting. I think i got it from when i used to work in hospitality and had to stand up for many long hours during the day. Will give Taurin a try and report back. What are your thoughts on cod liver oil, for it's high vitamin D and A content? I'm yet to try it because im scared it might be rancid, but there's a brand called Rosita which is supposed to be the best one on the market.

Thanks for putting this on here Harry. I will try upping my Taurine intake to 6g to see if it helps. Is there anything else that might need to be increased concomitantly with it eg Vitamin D (currently supplementing 5000iu/day) or K2 (getting from Brie/Gouda)?
Not on any meds…

I have varicose veins pain. After 1 day of taking Taurine, my symptoms improved a lot. One day!!! So IDK for the long term, but on the short term, taurine seems to help with varicose veins pain. Give it a try. I would not recommend more than 2g a day (maybe 1g twice a day or less) at first though, because it gave me digestive issues (I was taking about 3-4g once a day).

If one would give this a try, wouldn't that even work topically if it does? Shouldn't that even show faster results if it's absorbable through the skin?

Is there any merit to homeopathy? The entire principle on which it is based is nonsense, but people still experience improvement after consultation with a homeopath and following the course. Is it purely a placebo effect or is there something homeopaths don't disclose about their medications by prescribing herbal remedies instead that contain active ingredients under the guise of homeopathic medicine?

In my opinion vitamin k2 mk4 plays a major role on varicose veins.
P. S.: even my mother suffers of it.
