Can venous insufficiency be cured?

At 64, while I don't necessarily like how they look, I am much more concerned about my pain and just how uncomfortable they've made my ankles, feet and calves feel with pain a heaviness feeling, throbbing, numbing and pins and needles feeling! 😪

Doesn't work. I have varicose all over my legs after a year of agonizing injections. 20 or so in each leg each visit. Hurts so much you sweat
